Building a bedside shelf for my Granddaughter with a night light, phone stand and Stanley cup holder was the perfect excuse to relax and enjoy time in the workshop amongst all the hustle and bustle of every day life.

My latest challenge is to take a pile of salvaged wood and turn it in to £5000 or as much as I possibly can within 6 months. This is going to be a tough journey as the wood is 20 year old oak flooring that has been sanded to just 10mm thick and needs more taken off to make it useable again. It also has 3 – 4mm deep grooves cut in to the reverse.

Wow! I cannot believe the rate the YouTube channel is growing and I have to say a huge thank you to every one of you that has subscribed and supported me.

After waiting for the domain name to become available for over 2 months I finally managed to get hold of it and now we can push forward with creating plans for woodworking projects most of which will be free.
